Shea has been in the real estate business since 2002. She has a wide range of experience in residential real estate including condo conversions, multi-unit buildings, investment properties, new construction, vacant land sales, short sales and foreclosures. Her personal experience as an owner, investor and renovator of her own real estate has given her a unique ability to identify the needs of her clients. Over the years, she has developed strong relationships with many local professionals including mortgage brokers, local lenders, qualified building inspectors, title attorneys, contractors and more. This strong network of professionals is key to making each transaction as smooth as possible.

Shea is originally from Massachusetts but, has been living Maine for the past 25 years. She is married with 2 daughters and lives in Cape Elizabeth. Shea and her husband own The Crooked Mile Cafe which has two Portland locations.
